Most problems have a quick fix. If yours doesn't, write to us.

Quick fixes

  • No faces found: pick a different favorite, or use sharper shots where faces look toward the camera.
  • A face can't be fixed: that person is hidden or turned away in your other shots. Take a few more next time.
  • A fix looks off: choose another shot for that face, or Undo.
  • Android, analysis fails: make sure Google Play services is up to date, then try again.
  • Can't save: check that your phone has free space.

  • your phone model and Android or iOS version,
  • the app version (in your phone's app settings),
  • what you did and what happened.

Please don't send photos of other people unless they agreed. If you do send photos to show a problem, we use them only to answer your request, never share them, and delete them once it is resolved.
